A two-day course for experienced installers and builders looking for an in-depth understanding of pro clima weathertightness and airtightness systems. 80 CPD points (NZRAB) I LBP points apply

You will be provided with an introduction to the science of coupled heat and moisture analysis and material properties. Participants will learn what hygrothermal modelling and WUFI® software is capable of, become confident to request an analysis from a practitioner and will become able to understand the results of modelling.

You will be provided with competency in one dimensional hygrothermal modelling of building elements such as walls, roofs and floors using WUFI® Pro. Participants will become able to set up and run a WUFI® 1D simulation of a building element. They will also become able to interpret and present the results of the simulation.

Advanced level WUFI® training where you will learn how to set up and run a WUFI® 2D simulation of a building structure such as a wall-floor connection.

A Blower Door is a fantastic tool for checking the quality of your building envelope. Come along to this casual session and share a drink while we run through the basics. This session will help you decide if Blower Door training is right for you and your team.
