FORTX Façade Systems: Hands-On Workshop

Get hands-on with FORTX & FORTX MELIOR Façade Systems.

Join us for a free 3-hour practical workshop designed to take you beyond the drawing board and into the application of tested façade systems.

Explore the building science and testing behind FORTX & FORTX MELIOR, then put that knowledge into practice. Working directly with Pro Clima and ROCKWOOL products, you’ll get hands-on experience with key components including weather resistive barriers, insulation, windows, fire barriers, façade clips and thermal breaks.

You’ll also discover how the systems support NZBC compliance, understand the flexibility they offer for rainscreen façade design, and work through construction details and compliance documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY: 

• Practical experience applying key FORTX system components

• A better understanding of moisture, vapour, heat, fire and movement management

• Knowledge to help you specify and detail the system with greater clarity

• An understanding of the tested system and its NZBC compliance pathway
